- Instructions to Solicitor – (Schedule of Non-Interest Fees, Appendix A – Acceptable forms of Identification, Appendix B –“IVF” form (1010):
- Changes made to the Schedule of Non-Interest Fees.
- Please ensure that the revised Schedule of Non-Interest Fees is provided to all mortgagors and guarantors.
Please immediately discontinue use of any previous copies of this document that you may have printed or saved, as they are now obsolete.

- Charge/Mortgage of Land – Land Titles Act (Form 7399) for Alberta
- Please complete Box 11 of the Charge/Mortgage of Land in accordance with the Mortgage Disclosure Statement (See “ Default Insurance” section).
- Document Completion Instructions (5722) for Alberta
- (New Form) Mortgage Statement Request (Discharge or Transfer) for all Provinces and Territories
- Please use this form when requesting mortgage discharge or transfer statements.

, the following documents have been updated for all Provinces and Territories:

- Additional Form of Identification (Ontario Photo Card) has been added to Part “A - Acceptable forms of Identification”.
